1. How many people can we have at the Olive Bowl?

    We can seat up to 200 with the maximum persons allowed 220.

  2. What are the opening hours?

    Functions can start at any time in the day and go on until 12pm with an extension allowed until 1am if needed.

  3. Who sets up the room and clears down?

    We are happy to do the set up and clear down for you. If you are just hiring the venue with no other services then we would expect you to remove any rubbish and leave the venue tidy.

  4. Can we bring our own (any of the following)?

    • Drinks – we do allow you to bring in your own table drinks and or arrival drinks but all other drinks would be purchased from the bar.
    • Food – we do not allow you to bring your own food other than cakes (birthday/wedding).
    • Decorations – decorations are fine for you to bring in your own and you can either decorate yourself or leave them with one of our team who will be happy to arrange these for you.
    • DJ – We do have an in-house DJ but you are welcome to organise your own DJ or band.

  5. Will there be any other functions on the same day?

    As a rule we only have one function on any given day, however if the functions are small and limited to specific times, we may hold more than one on a day, this would be discussed at the initial contact.

  6. Do you need a deposit?

    We ask all bookings for a deposit to secure a date, the details of which will be explained in our booking forms.
