Our Services

Welcome drinks
Welcome drinks are a great way to create a relaxed atmosphere among your guests. Depending on the time of year, you might want to have mulled wine, sherry, pimms, bucks fizz, or champagne. We can always tailor the welcome drink to suit you and supply soft drinks for the children and those who are not drinking alcohol.

The Meal
We have a wide range of menus, but we pride ourselves on our ability to bespoke the menu depending on what you want. In the attached menu pack you can see all the different meals we do, along with some suggested menus. Take a look and then arrange to come in and meet with our chef Rob and he will help advise you on a menu consisting of 3 starters, 3 main courses and 3 desserts.

The Cake
We don’t make cakes but we can put you intouch with someone who does, or feel free to source your own.

The Toast
This is your day so you can toast Gin & Tonics if you like. Most people tend to go for champagne or cava. You get approximately 8-10 glasses out of a bottle and you can see our prices on the wine list in the menus section.

Wine with the meal
Take another look at our excellent wine list and decide whether you would like to put some bottles on each table or have us serve a glass of wine with the main course?

Tables
We have 10 round tables, which seat 10 round each, and we use rectangular tables to make up the top table. Additional square tables of 8, can be made up but you tell us what you would like.

Linen
We can supply blue or cream linen table cloths and cream paper napkins free of charge. We can get different coloured cloths and linen napkins to match your colour scheme but we would have to charge you the cost of hiring these.

Table plan and place cards
We can do a typed table plan and typed place cards for each guest with their name and what they have ordered on it.

Flowers & centre pieces
Again this is not something we do inhouse, but we do know someone who does it locally. Please ask for details or source your own.

Balloons
We can provide helium balloons to match your colour scheme. You can have 3 on each table, bunches either side of the top table and, or a balloon arch over the cake table. Ask at your meeting for more information.

Entertainment
We have an in house DJ who is very professional and will use our fitted equipment, so your day won’t be disturbed by speakers and lights being brought in and out! We can also source you a band or if you know of one already then you can use them.

Evening buffet
Take a look at the buffet we do at the back of the menu pack. They are pretty selfexplanatory, or ask about the hog roast option at your meeting.

So now you should have a better idea of what we do. The next step is to arrange a meeting with one of the management team and the chef to discuss your plans and book a date. You will also need to pay a deposit of £500 to secure your date.
