Carvery Style - Perfect for suprise parties where your guests can't pre-order
This style is perfect for suprise bithdays, conferences and other functions where it can prove hard to get people choices prior to the function. This style creates a less formal function, as it involves your guests getting up from their tables to choose their meal from the carvery counter. We have a standard carvery menu although it can be adapted.
