Tina Setchell - Director / Company Secretary
Often referred to as 'The Chancellor of the exchequer'. Tina was educated in Bournemouth but since marrying Rob in 1983, she has shared his love of travelling and after spending time in Europe and Sussex, she is glad to have settled in Dorset once again. She has worked in the catering trade (front of house) for over 25 years, and prior to taking control of our 'purse strings', she ran the very successful Dolphin Inn Gillingham for over 10 years

Robert Setchell - Director / Chef
Always referred to as 'Chef Extrordinaire'! Rob spent his youth in Bristol where he decided to go to catering college ( for which we are all truly grateful). After many years in contract catering he opened a restaurant in ringwood with his father and concluded although he enjoyed the management side of catering, he loved to cook and lets face it he's good! Ten successful years at The Dolphin Inn Gillingham confirmed this, and he has just celebrated 35 years of catering!

Maddie Styler - Director / Wedding coordinator
Born into a family of opera singers, Maddie was always destined for the entertainment business. After 15 years managing nightclubs & restaurants in Manchester, she left the city lights to take The White Lion in the quiet hamlet of Bourton. She is an experianced events organiser, who can arrange everything from dinner parties of 10 to weddings of 200, whilst juggleing 2 kids, a husband and home.
